Fuction of Stevia Leaves

The crude stevia leaves and herbal powder are reported to be 10-15 times sweeter than that of sucrose and stevia sugar extracted from the stevia leaves has up to 300 times the sweetness of sucrose, while one three-hundredth of the quantity of heat.It is  widely used in the sugar fields of foods, beverages, preserve products, daily chemical, pharmaceuticals and health products.
