Kallidinogenase
|
|
Source: Porcine Pancrease
EC: 3.4.21.35
DESCRIPTION
Pancreatic Kallidinogenase (Kallikrein) is a proteolytic enzyme, which liberates kallidin from kininogen. Kallidin then dilates vascular smooth muscle tissue and thus reduces blood pressure.
ultrapure Pancreatic Kallidinogenase has been further purified by affinity chromatography method to remove trace contaminating proteases.
